PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

As one of the most popular oils,  offers a number of benefits. First documented in 1753 by Carl Linneaus, the peppermint plant is a hybrid between  and watermint. To distinguish peppermint oil quality, check out the menthol content. If it’s high – as is the content of peppermint essential oil— then it is likely superior quality peppermint. The oil possesses many beneficial properties, including supporting the digestive and respiratory systems. Peppermint is also a common ingredient in chewing gum and toothpaste and is known to enhance oral hygiene.

USES

  • For oral hygiene, combine a drop each of peppermint with lemon in your drinking water.
  • For oral hygiene, combine a drop each of peppermint with lemon in your drinking water.
  • Enhance health shake flavor by adding a drop of peppermint.
  • Stave off cravings and re-energize by inhaling directly.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Diffusion: Diffuse 3-4 drops in whichever diffuser you choose.

Internal application: Place a single drop of essential oil in every 4 fluid ounces.

Topical application: Apply 1-2 drops topically to the affected area.

To reduce skin sensitivity, dilute Peppermint essential oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil.

CAUTIONS

Peppermint essential oil should be kept out of reach of small children. If receiving medical attention or are pregnant or breastfeeding, always consult with your physician before using essential oils. If you have sensitive skin, dilute heavily. Sensitive areas, ears, and eyes should be avoided when using this oil.
