Who doesn’t like a good tuna fish sandwich, or a nice tuna spread for crackers? Tuna salad has never tasted better than when it is made with the essential oils and ingredients in this recipe. Give this a try and feel free to modify as you see fit. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Drops of Dill Essential Oil
- 1-2 Drops of Lemon Essential Oil
- 1 (6oz.) Can of Tuna (drained)
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Green Onion
- 1 Large Chopped Dill Pickle
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard (optional)
- Chopped Green Olives (optional)
- Chopped Bell Peppers (optional)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Stir thoroughly and taste test
- Add 1 Drop of Additional Essential Oils, if desired, for taste
- Serve with crackers
- Store excess in fridge
