PRIMARY BENEFITS
- Calms mind, body, and skin
- Supports bodily systems
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This low-growing plant climbs only up to a foot in height and produces daisy-like flowers, grayish green leaves, and an apple-like aroma. Known as the “plant’s physician,” #Roman chamomile supports nearby plants. It’s also supported humans for centuries. In fact, the ancient Romans used their chamomile to promote courage and mental focus during battle. Due to chamomile’s calming properties, it’s often used in teas, but Roman chamomile also serves everything from drinks to face creams to shampoos, perfumes, and hair dyes. The oil’s soothing properties support the body’s systems and provide relief to the skin, body and mind.
